What we do
The Community Equipment Service is a working partnership between Liverpool City Council and Liverpool NHS PCT providing health and social care euipment to meet the needs of Liverpool residents, enabling safe discharge from hospitals and promoting independence and mobility in their home environment.
How to get our help
PCT and Social Services staff should contact us directly via referral form, email, fax or phone. Members of the public can ring Liverpool Direct on 0151 233 3091 to make an appointment with an Occupational therapist.
How to contact in an emergency
In the event of an emergency we have engaged sub contractors to respond to emergency breakdowns for beds, hoists, bath lifts and mattress elevators, please contact Creedons by telephoning 0151 531 1333, alternatively if you have a breakdown of an active pressure relieving mattress contact Park House Health Care telephone no. 0845 0600333.
